Another batch finished.
First up my Poles needed some artillery support so three batteries of 2S1s with HQ. I think these are Skytrex models. Not huge amounts of detail but clean and tidy and paint up well. HQ stand are Scotia I think.
And the first lot of T-64s off the line. Scotia models. Nice to paint. The BMP-1Ksh is a converted BMP-1 as I’ve run out of proper ones! Couple of bit of plasticard added to the back and some brass rod on the side.
And the last (for now) bits of river crossing kit.
Next up is this lot:
Some more T-64s and some T-80s
Some T-62s (because they are there…) and the start of my airborne force.
I still need to paint the rest of the Polish infantry and now some VDV but not sure on colour yet for the latter… There’s also some bridging kit to do… Just not sure if I need to order more first!
And finally some bits to ID… Are these both H&R models? I know the Scotia have a large base.
And what model and make is this ATG?
So still steady progress being made… I think I’ll stick with the modern stuff for a little longer as quite enjoying them.
From bottom to top:
100mm M1944 ATG by Heroics & Ros, from their WW2 range.
155mm FH70, possibly Skytrex, with 20mm M167 Vulcan I think, which Scotia make.
Looking really good Andy
